You'll lead high-budget paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Apple Search Ads for a fast-growing AI-driven environment. You'll own the full funnel from budget allocation to creative testing and optimization. This role offers full remote flexibility and direct impact on global growth at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple ad platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including budget and optimization.
• Analyze KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CAC, retention, and LTV for decisions.
• Conduct rapid experimentation on creatives, audiences, and new channels.

📋 Requirements

• 4 to 10+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition roles.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $300K to over $1M.
• Strong expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
• Advanced analytical skills using GA4, Voluum, and attribution tools.
