💼 About This Role

You'll join the Acton Institute as a Programs Associate through the Koch Associate Program, coordinating events and supporting the Programs & Education Department. You'll manage logistics for high-profile programming, including the Acton Lecture Series. This one-year role combines hands-on work at a leading think tank with a weekly curriculum for social entrepreneurs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with event planning, coordination, and logistics
• Coordinate participant and staff travel and accommodations
• Communicate with international participants, speakers, and stakeholders
• Manage databases and track conference deadlines and reports

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience or internship in event coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Prior event management or CRM software experience
