🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand and convey strategic business objectives
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish with internal and external stakeholders
• Translate business and user needs into user flows, feature maps, and user stories
• Design and facilitate workshops including design thinking and ideation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant consulting, digital agency, or industry experience in UX, digital strategy, or product management
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
• Business fluency in both Japanese (N2) and English (TOEIC 750)
