You'll troubleshoot software and hardware issues for Crumbl franchise locations, providing remote technical support via tickets and phone. Your work ensures store operators get fast, accurate solutions, driving operational success across the franchise network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support via ticketing system and phone
• Diagnose and troubleshoot store hardware and software issues
• Manage ticket queue to ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to knowledge base using KCS methodology

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General interest in technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• Experience in customer service or tech support
