💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer adoption and time-to-value for SentinelOne's cybersecurity platform, partnering with Product, UX, CS, and Sales. Your work will directly impact Net Revenue Retention and expansion by building repeatable value realization processes at scale. This role blends product strategy with operational rigor to drive measurable customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define adoption milestones and success criteria per product area
• Drive improvements to time-to-value through product and enablement changes
• Translate NRR goals into adoption and expansion initiatives
• Build dashboards connecting adoption signals to retention and revenue
• Operationalize company-wide value realization framework

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record driving customer adoption and value realization
• Experience with cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS products
• Data-driven with proficiency in analytics and dashboards

• Experience with product-led growth strategies
• Background in Customer Success or Go-to-Market
