💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily laboratory operations and personnel performing high-complexity testing in a CLIA-certified molecular diagnostics lab. You'll ensure quality control, compliance, and efficient workflows while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise day-to-day high complexity test performance
• Schedule, assign, review, and evaluate laboratory personnel work
• Review quality control of various laboratory procedures
• Investigate questionable test results and resolve problems

📋 Requirements

• Active CA CLS or CGMBS license (no exceptions)
• At least 5 years of experience in a molecular laboratory
• Experience in high complexity clinical laboratory testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with molecular testing (PCR, Microarray, Sanger/NGS)
• Experience as a General Supervisor under CLIA
• Background in molecular diagnostics
