• Collaborate with National Practice Leader to grow climate offerings
• Manage projects overseeing staff, deliverables, budget, and schedule
• Analyze complex multi-modal transportation planning or engineering problems
• Mentor and develop staff through projects and trainings

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience at the intersection of transportation and climate
• Proven experience managing projects and teams in a professional services context
• Deep understanding of policy development, funding sources, and project implementation challenges
• Technical understanding of analysis methods used in transportation planning/engineering

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience generating business as a consultant
• Leadership in climate/transportation through professional organizations
• Interest in disruptive technologies like AI, AVs, AAM
