💼 About This Role

You'll set the technical direction for end-to-end automated testing across our regulated SaMD products, driving an AI-first strategy with AI-assisted authoring and self-healing automation. You'll shape quality practices and influence engineering leaders in a groundbreaking digital health company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical strategy for E2E test automation across product lines
• Drive AI-first approach to test automation with LLM-driven triage
• Architect post-deployment testing including synthetic monitoring
• Author complex test plans, protocols, and reports under QMS
• Lead tool validation strategy for test infrastructure and tooling

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years in software test engineering or SDET roles
• SaMD or regulated medical device software experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Selenium/WebDriver and Playwright
• Deep knowledge of medical device QMS (ISO 13485, IEC 62304)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with contract testing tools (Pact, Karate)
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines on AWS
• Leadership in adopting AI-assisted testing tools
