Requirements

• Active RN license
• High-tech experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to undergo paid training
• Reliable transportation for home visits

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care nursing
• Utilize electronic charting (AlayaCare)
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care as needed
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Communicate with clinical support team
