Description

As an IT Technician at AlphaSights, you will be the first point of contact for end-user support, managing device, application, access, and connectivity issues. You'll also support office infrastructure, asset management, and new technology rollouts, with structured training and a clear path for career growth.

Requirements

  • A-Levels or equivalent qualification
  • People-oriented and emotionally intelligent communicator (in English)
  • Positive, team-oriented, composed under pressure
  • Strong problem-solver who takes ownership
  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn
  • Demonstrable passion for technology, especially Apple (macOS/iOS), with willingness to learn Windows
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (operating systems) and interest in Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact via service desk and support channels, log and resolve issues
  • Assist with identity access (Okta) including sign-in issues, MFA re-registration, and SSO troubleshooting
  • Perform email troubleshooting, password resets, and account management in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Execute Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes including equipment prep and account de-provisioning
  • Troubleshoot macOS/iOS and Windows endpoints including Wi-Fi, VPN, printing, and software
  • Enroll and manage devices via Jamf and Microsoft Intune
  • Maintain asset inventory and stock levels
  • Support meeting room AV readiness and office operations including moves and expansions
