Description

You will process incoming vehicle titles to ensure accurate transferability to buyers, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• One year of title experience at dealership or auction
• Effective customer relations and communication skills
• Office experience and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Process incoming titles, verifying VIN, odometer, lien releases, and ownership documents
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to dealer representatives
• Maintain accurate records and file titles appropriately
• Pull reports and update problem title notes
• Process dealer payments and issue receipts
