💼 About This Role

You'll lead semiconductor tool installation projects for a large-scale manufacturing construction project in Manassas, VA. You'll manage project teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety and quality standards. This role offers per diem and mobilization packages for travel workers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform all activities safely and support EHS requirements.
• Manage project team including trade partners to meet deliverables.
• Review pricing for scope and change orders with stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial status and report metrics regularly.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years direct experience with Semiconductor Construction.
• 5+ years working directly with a mechanical contractor as PM or PE.
• 5-10 years of large project and construction management experience.
• Proficiency with PM Web/Primavera/Excel/Word.

✨ Nice to Have

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience with CPM scheduling in construction.
• Job cost accounting knowledge.
