Description

You will oversee and enhance inventory and logistics management processes, optimizing inventory levels, managing international logistics operations and carrier relationships, and driving cross-functional alignment to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 12-15 years experience in demand planning, inventory, and logistics management
• Knowledge of inventory and order management in ERP (preferably NetSuite)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership
• Experience with international logistics and customs processes

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly inventory and demand reports aligning with sales forecasts
• Manage day-to-day logistics ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery and customs compliance
• Identify and lead inventory logistics projects to automate and improve processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Business Systems, Product Management, and Order Management
• Develop and track KPIs such as inventory health, on-time delivery, and shipping cost per unit
