💼 About This Role

You'll build a new bespoke advisory practice from scratch for high-impact philanthropists, overseeing partnerships and shaping organizational strategy as a member of the leadership team. You'll scale philanthropic giving to causes like global health, biosecurity, and AI safety, aiming to direct over $1 billion annually.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead partnerships team of ~12 across three sub-teams.
• Build and grow a bespoke advisory practice for major philanthropists.
• Develop and execute strategy to scale donor partnerships.
• Represent Coefficient Giving to potential partners.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in philanthropic advisory, wealth management, or related field.
• Proven track record of building and scaling client relationships.
• Deep understanding of high-impact philanthropy and effective altruism.
• Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
