You'll manage U.S. leave of absence operations and support benefits administration for KKR in the Americas. Your work ensures a streamlined leaves experience and drives efficiencies in vendor service delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day leave of absence operations and disability/accommodations process
• Serve as point of contact for employee benefits inquiries across all programs
• Support benefits operations including lifecycle events, invoicing, and HRIS maintenance
• Assist with U.S. Open Enrollment cycle and benefits communications

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent U.S. employee benefits and wellness experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Capital
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Commitment to confidentiality with sensitive employee medical/financial data

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of leaves administration and benefits experience
• Knowledge of Americas benefits plan design and regulatory requirements
• Experience with Workday HRIS
