Description

In this role, you will own the onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses into Beacon's portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming CEOs and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will build scalable systems, playbooks, and automation tools to make integration more efficient across a growing portfolio of software businesses.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in corporate development, investment banking, M&A integration, management consulting, or business operations
• Demonstrated ability to run complex multi-stakeholder projects independently
• Familiarity with M&A process and curiosity about how businesses are bought and scaled
• Strong founder empathy and effective communication with executives and junior team members
• Comfortable with AI tools and automation platforms; self-starter in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Manage integration project tracking across functional workstreams for multiple newly acquired businesses
• Serve as primary point of contact for incoming CEOs, managing relationship from pre-close through integration
• Coordinate between Investment, Engineering, Product, Finance and Operations teams to resolve blockers
• Support deal teams in presenting integration approach to prospective acquisitions
• Build automation tools, playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows to scale integration process
