You'll drive rapid adoption of Aquablation therapy at newly launched sites, partnering with the regional commercial team to train office staff and optimize referral pathways. Your core impact is ensuring sustainable patient flow and early case volume growth in the first 90-120 days. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Activate patient pathways and referral funnels post-launch
• Support procedure activation in office and hospital settings
• Train office staff on patient identification, scheduling, and billing
• Track patient flow, conversion rates, and reimbursement turnaround

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5-12 years in medical device sales or market development
• Understanding of referral dynamics and hospital workflows
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
