💼 About This Role

You'll join the Global Voice Team to build high-performing, scalable, and resilient mission-critical services for Five9's next-generation contact center platform. You'll develop and enhance the Media Server to support real-time integrations with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI services. This role offers a chance to combine existing expertise with new learnings in a cloud-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in an Agile Scrum team practicing DevOps.
• Write clean, well-documented code and corresponding tests.
• Deliver code as part of an overall solution running in the public cloud.
• Develop and enhance our Media Server for real-time AI integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, including C++.
• Hands-on experience with real-time communications protocols like SIP and RTP.
• Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex systems.
• Experience with modern C++ (C++17+).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ASR/TTS integration.
• Familiarity with AI APIs and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD.
