You will lead the incubation of new healthcare technology ventures from ideation to execution, identifying opportunities, structuring evaluations, and overseeing company building. You will recruit leadership teams and ensure the ongoing success of incubated ventures through board participation.

• Experience building ventures or products in healthcare or life sciences technology

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage ideation and evaluate opportunities based on success factors
• Lead structured evaluations to de-risk incubations
• Oversee initial company building including product development and fundraising
• Recruit and develop leadership teams for new Vants
• Lead or support external financing efforts
