Description

You will lead the Brazil design organization, defining and centralizing the design strategy to ensure consistency across investments, high-income, core, digital ecosystem, and PJ business units. You will hire and mentor senior design leaders, establish a cohesive design system, and align design initiatives with cross-functional partners like Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Higher education in Design, Business, Technology, or related field
• Extensive experience in design leadership within global technology or digital product organizations
• Proven track record building or optimizing design functions in complex environments
• Experience leading medium-to-large design teams
• Fluency in English mandatory; Portuguese and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and centralize Brazil's design strategy
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system
• Partner with senior GMs, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align design with business objectives
