💼 About This Role

You'll build and execute epidemiology and real-world evidence (RWE) capabilities for vaccine lifecycle studies at a clinical-stage biotech. Your core impact will be leading end-to-end observational studies and translating complex findings into actionable insights for internal teams. This role offers a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up with meaningful ownership and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of retrospective and prospective RWE studies.
• Manage study start-up activities including contracts, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct or oversee analyses using claims, EHR, and surveillance data.
• Lead or contribute to abstracts, manuscripts, and conference presentations.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, or Biostatistics with 8+ years experience (or PhD with 6+ years).
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing observational studies (retrospective/prospective).
• Experience working with real-world data and analytic tools (SAS, R, STATA).
• Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at CDC or similar applied epidemiology program.
• Experience with systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses.
• Vaccine research or infectious disease epidemiology experience.
