You'll partner with Public Sector go-to-market teams, providing financial expertise to support strategic decision-making. You'll drive analysis, build financial models, and deliver insights across revenue goals, sales capacity planning, and deal desk. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide financial guidance to go-to-market stakeholders on strategies and resource allocation
• Build financial models and drive analysis for revenue goals, sales capacity, and marketing spend
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts highlighting trends and risks
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting to align GTM strategies

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic finance, GTM finance, private equity, or related fields
• Exceptional analytical skills to synthesize data into insights
• Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating financial information
• Passion for Anthropic's mission to build safe AI systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Finance Business Partnership experience with Public Sector sales
• Combination of 3+ years strategic finance plus prior PE/VC/consulting
• Experience with consumption-based or complex business models
