• Conduct participant screening calls and follow-ups.
• Maintain participant trackers and Investigator Site File.
• Coordinate data collection and in-person trial processes.
• Escalate safety, data integrity, or operational issues.

• Experience with participant onboarding and screening calls.
• Proficiency with tech tools like Calendly, Docusign.
• Ability to maintain tracking systems and follow-up procedures.
• High agency with bias for action in protocol timelines.
