🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead visual direction for social-first content and campaigns
• Design and produce assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest
• Art direct photography, video, and content shoots
• Mentor designers and content creators in the studio

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience with social-first portfolio
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Deep understanding of social platform behaviors and formats
• Experience art directing photography or video shoots

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Gen AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly
• Understanding of inclusive design and visual representation
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
