💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the operational backbone for three parallel delivery pods building AI-powered travel products. You'll keep ceremonies tight, surface dependencies early, and ensure both teams and leadership are accurately informed. This role carries genuine weight in a strategic build that thousands of travel advisors depend on.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies across three pods
• Own SAFe Agile activities including PI Planning
• Monitor sprint velocity and capacity, surfacing variance proactively
• Manage release plans and maintain risk/decision trackers
• Enforce JIRA/Git ticket conformity and generate actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Delivery Manager with multiple concurrent teams
• Deep, applied Scrum fluency and ability to adapt ceremonies appropriately
• Advanced JIRA and Git proficiency - extract signals and drive actions
• Proven cross-team dependency management and effective risk escalation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading delivery for AI-assisted engineering teams
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI assistants
• SAFe certification or experience with program-level planning
