💼 About This Role

You'll join Jump Trading's team in GIFT City to manage fee reconciliation processes, ensuring fees are fully reconciled with brokers and exchanges. Your work directly impacts firm-wide financial accuracy and risk reduction. This role offers exposure to global financial markets and cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile global clearing, exchange, and regulatory fees/rebates against third-party reports.
• Assist in monthly fee generation and accrual upload processes.
• Build out procedures and internal controls around fee reconciliation.
• Research and resolve fee breaks with local stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in reconciliation or operations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience using technology to improve processes.

• Experience with financial data analysis.
• Familiarity with exchange and broker fee structures.
