In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, and drive market penetration for Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health treatment services. You'll represent the company in the field, attending meetings and events, while collaborating with internal teams to improve outreach and care access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies

📋 Requirements

• Based in Worcester, MA area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
