Description

As a Master Scheduler at IEM, you will develop and maintain production schedules to ensure balanced workloads and optimal resource utilization, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll monitor capacity, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to leadership, driving continuous improvement in a make-to-order manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3-10 years of experience in master scheduling, production scheduling, or capacity planning in manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Infor Syteline preferred) and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience reporting to senior leadership
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedule to ensure balanced workloads and optimal resource utilization
• Collaborate with production planners, team leads, supply chain, and engineering to align schedules with demand forecasts and inventory goals
• Monitor and analyze plant capacity levels, identifying risks and recommending solutions
• Create and present reports to upper management on capacity, production performance, and resource utilization
• Implement and refine scheduling processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
