You will join the Agent OC Squad to build generative AI features into Lightspeed's product, creating intuitive interfaces for LLM-powered tools and establishing best practices for AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years production experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Expert-level React.js and modern frameworks (Next.js)
• Proven technical leadership and frontend direction setting
• Strong API integration and performance optimization skills
• Commitment to code quality, testing, and accessibility

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered frontend interfaces
• Create scalable React UIs for asynchronous operations and streaming
• Contribute to product direction and roadmap for AI features
• Collaborate with backend engineers, PMs, and designers
• Build reusable, well-tested React components
