• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and other channels
• Oversee specialized accounts requiring strong business knowledge
• Process order management tasks for orders and returns
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business interactions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Advanced understanding of ERP, OMS, and WMS systems
• 1+ years of wholesale order management experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience as a Runner Experience Specialist
