You'll own the post-contract phase for enterprise-level deals within NHS Trusts, ensuring AI-powered Scribe is deeply integrated into clinical workflows. You'll build account management foundations from the ground up, turning tender wins into long-term partnerships. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Establish account management foundations in Secondary Care
- Lead implementation of Accurx Scribe with clinical teams
- Manage relationships with C-Suite stakeholders
- Identify churn risks and execute work programmes
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders
- Strong communication skills translating complex ideas
- Ability to take initiative and work with urgency
