You'll own the post-contract phase for enterprise-level deals within NHS Trusts, ensuring AI-powered Scribe is deeply integrated into clinical workflows. You'll build account management foundations from the ground up, turning tender wins into long-term partnerships. This role offers the chance to drive AI adoption in a high-stakes healthcare environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish account management foundations in Secondary Care
  • Lead implementation of Accurx Scribe with clinical teams
  • Manage relationships with C-Suite stakeholders
  • Identify churn risks and execute work programmes

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills translating complex ideas
  • Ability to take initiative and work with urgency
