- Develop and execute regional and global sales strategies across USA, EMEA, and APAC.

- 10+ years of sales experience in semiconductor or silicon IP industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant account growth.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor technologies like interface subsystems or memory IP.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for forecasting.
