You'll lead pilot projects and onboarding for new clients at Synthesia, the world's leading AI video platform. You'll be the strategic link between clients and internal teams, driving exceptional service delivery and ensuring clients leverage the platform's full potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and oversee pilot projects to demonstrate solution value
• Manage comprehensive onboarding process with cross-functional teams
• Develop key performance indicators for onboarding and pilot phases
• Collect and analyze feedback to enhance service offerings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science or related field
• Proven track record in managing services within a SaaS environment
• Leadership experience with ability to mentor teams in fast-paced environment
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex projects
