You'll lead high-priority strategic initiatives across the Supply org, turning ambiguous problems into clear plans and measurable results. You'll collaborate with Product, Legal, Tax, and other teams to drive cross-functional execution and improve operating processes at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional Supply initiatives across monetisation, performance, and compliance
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, owners, and timelines
• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects with Product, Legal, Tax, and other teams
• Improve processes and operating models for recurring complex topics

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, or marketplace operations
• Strong program and project leadership in ambiguous, cross-functional settings
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to navigate trade-offs with senior leaders
• Data-driven approach with advanced Excel/Sheets and business case building

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)
• Experience in marketplaces or platform businesses
• Consulting or strategy & ops background with structured problem-solving training
