You'll generate qualified pipeline for CoLab's AI platform used by top engineering teams. Your core impact is identifying key decision-makers and setting up high-quality meetings for Account Executives. Cold calling and outbound prospecting are central to this role.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Conduct in-depth account research to identify key decision-makers
- Partner with Account Executives to set up high-quality meetings
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and outreach
๐ Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Development role
- Confidence and executive presence when engaging C-suite stakeholders
- Conviction for sales with a drive to build pipeline
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product value

- Familiarity with engineering or AI product sales
- Experience with Salesforce or outreach tools
