You'll generate qualified pipeline for CoLab's AI platform used by top engineering teams. Your core impact is identifying key decision-makers and setting up high-quality meetings for Account Executives. Cold calling and outbound prospecting are central to this role.

  • Generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Conduct in-depth account research to identify key decision-makers
  • Partner with Account Executives to set up high-quality meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and outreach

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Business Development role
  • Confidence and executive presence when engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Conviction for sales with a drive to build pipeline
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product value

  • Familiarity with engineering or AI product sales
  • Experience with Salesforce or outreach tools
