💼 About This Role

You'll lead high-impact strategic initiatives at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and operational excellence for the Grow product area. You'll own the systems, workflows, and delivery infrastructure that make Grow run, while driving cross-functional alignment and AI prototyping to enhance efficiency. This role is the most senior IC Product Operations role at Guild, offering a chance to shape operational systems at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-impact cross-functional product initiatives end-to-end
• Design and refine operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows
• Own launch and release readiness across all stakeholders
• Establish operating cadences and governance models for Grow

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Operations, TPM, or Product Management
• Proven track record of designing and scaling product delivery systems across multiple teams
• Hands-on experience designing or prototyping AI-assisted tools and workflows
• Expertise with agile methodologies and tooling (Jira, Confluence)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating autonomously at senior IC or staff level
• Strong analytical mindset with dashboard building skills
• Executive communication skills for VP-level stakeholders
