🎯 What You'll Do

• Process monthly payroll for hourly and central team employees
• Support employees with payroll and benefits inquiries
• Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security regulations
• Maintain precise records and generate monthly reports
• Collaborate on payroll process improvements and projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR or equivalent
• 2-5 years of payroll or compensation experience
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Certification in payroll accounting
• Experience with Workday HCM
