You'll own and evolve Salesforce Service Cloud for an engineer-led support organization, designing systems that reflect real support workflows rather than forcing oversimplified processes. You'll implement AI-enabled capabilities thoughtfully while maintaining usability and data integrity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Salesforce Service Cloud configuration including cases, flows, and automation.
• Refine system structure for usability, data quality, and reliability.
• Own integrations with Microsoft Fabric, Gainsight, Slack, and Jira.
• Lead implementation of AI tools like Forethought and Agentforce.

📋 Requirements

• 6–9 years of Salesforce Administrator experience with deep Service Cloud focus.
• Proven experience owning a complex support or service environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flows, automation, and case management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (data platforms, CS tools).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem and data pipelines.
• Experience with Gainsight integrations.
• Exposure to AI-enabled support platforms (Forethought, Agentforce).
