💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for contractors and retail customers at Bee Green's Paint Center. You'll fulfill orders accurately and provide product knowledge support on paint and coatings. This role requires balancing high-volume order processing with personalized service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and through digital channels.
• Process orders, quotes, returns, and special requests using POS system.
• Perform color-matching and tinting services for customer orders.
• Maintain product displays and a clean, organized sales floor.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, paint supply, or construction supply preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull products up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic computer proficiency with POS software (Epicor Biztrack preferred).
