You'll design and maintain automated performance test suites for JetBrains Cloud Platform's distributed systems. You'll identify bottlenecks, generate reports, and partner with engineering teams to ensure scalability and stability. This role offers flexibility to work from multiple European locations or remotely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain automated performance test suites for distributed systems
• Identify system bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analysis
• Generate performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Define SLAs, performance criteria, and workload models

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing or engineering
• Hands-on experience with K6, JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or LoadRunner
• Programming skills in Java, Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and API performance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Prometheus/Grafana and Elastic
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
• Familiarity with Kafka and microservice architectures
