💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll operations for multi-client cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll lead a payroll team, partner with the Accounting Director, and design controls that prevent errors. This role stands out with permanent remote work and career-level USD compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive payroll cycles end-to-end including gross-to-net and off-cycle runs
• Ensure federal, state, and local tax compliance and filings
• Supervise payroll staff and provide timely feedback
• Standardize SOPs, checklists, and review gates for payroll processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related
• 3–5 years of payroll experience including multi-state and multi-client cycles
• Supervisory experience leading a payroll team
• Intermediate to advanced payroll knowledge with strong problem-resolution skills

✨ Nice to Have

• CPP or FPC certification
• Experience leading payroll for CPA-firm or accounting-services clients
• Payroll system implementation experience
