You'll join Agiloft, a leader in CLM software, to accelerate customer value through hands-on technical delivery. You'll embed with enterprise customers to identify opportunities, configure AI workflows, and deploy production-ready solutions. This role stands out because you'll balance independent execution with collaboration across Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services teams to drive measurable AI adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with enterprise customers to translate needs into working solutions.
  • Configure and deploy **AI-enabled workflows** using Agiloft Screens and PromptLab.
  • Tune prompts and evaluate model outputs for reliability.
  • Train customer administrators and document implementation patterns.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience implementing or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with LLM tooling and prompt engineering.
  • API and integration experience in production environments.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Python or similar programming language.
  • Familiarity with RAG architectures.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
