You'll shape how blockchain technology is presented to the world while managing a design team and agency partners. This role balances hands-on design work with strategic leadership in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own creative vision and execution across all channels
• Evolve visual identity and design system
• Lead creative output for flagship programs
• Manage and mentor a design team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• 2+ years leading or managing a design team
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, digital, campaign, and experiential design

• Motion graphics or video production experience
• Direct experience in crypto or Web3 marketing
