🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings with clinical safety and celebratory service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of nurse piercers and sales associates.
• Drive sales and meet studio targets through customer engagement.
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• 3-5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Jewelry experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for piercing.
• Experience with Google Suite and POS systems.
