You'll lead complex hydrogeologic investigations and aquifer characterization for large-scale groundwater projects in Arizona, managing them from inception through regulatory approval. Your work will directly impact water resource sustainability in the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and oversee deep production wells and ASR systems
• Interpret lithologic and geophysical data for CSM refinement
• Serve as expert liaison for ADWR and ADEQ regulatory approvals
• Manage project lifecycle, including budgets and subcontractors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrology, or Geological Engineering
• Registered Geologist (P.G.) in Arizona or reciprocity within 12 months
• 10+ years in hydrogeology or water resource development
• 2+ years leading technical teams or field programs
