Description

You will lead strategic growth for OneImaging, driving net-new revenue from large self-insured employers by building executive relationships and closing complex deals. Your role is critical to expanding our enterprise footprint and positioning our cost containment solution in healthcare.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years selling healthcare or benefits solutions to large self-insured employers (15K+ lives)
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise sales
  • Deep relationships in employer benefits ecosystem with brokers and consultants
  • Executive presence to engage and close at C-suite level
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable in a high-growth, early-stage environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute territory strategy for large self-insured employers, driving net-new revenue growth
  • Build and manage high-quality pipeline via strategic outbound, broker partnerships, and networking
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Cultivate senior stakeholder relationships across HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and Finance
  • Navigate broker/consultant ecosystems to drive deal acceleration
