💼 About This Role

You'll join the Billing Operations team to manage customer billing queries and month-end close processes. You'll streamline billing operations and support revenue reporting for a leading communications platform. This role offers the chance to work with Oracle, Zuora and Salesforce in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer emails and onboard customers to billing system
• Gather and format large data sets for billing reporting
• Manage recurring billing, credits, and approvals during month-end close
• Participate in audits and implement financial controls

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in an Operations role
• Experience in Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash
• Experience with Oracle, Zuora and Salesforce
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
