🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee receiving, system transactions, and NetSuite inventory updates
• Maintain accurate on-hand inventory through cycle counts and reconciliations
• Lead and develop a team of materials, inventory, and shipping associates
• Track KPIs, review performance, and drive process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in inventory, logistics, shipping, or materials supervision
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Experience with digital tools; NetSuite preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve KPIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in both inventory management and shipping/fulfillment
• Dental, medical device, or warehousing background
• Experience with workflow optimization and SOP development
