Description

You will install, configure, upgrade, and maintain NICE products at customer sites, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and high system availability.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in enterprise application installation and configuration
• Microsoft Windows Server administration
• Networking concepts (LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, routing)
• SQL database administration and scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and deploy NICE products at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation and configuration
• Draft implementation and upgrade plans
• Collaborate with client's System Engineers to support NICE infrastructure
• Maintain site documentation and configuration records
