📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or growth analytics in B2C digital industries
• SQL and Excel proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong understanding of commercial metrics in telco, fintech, or e-commerce
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations
